1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking any decoration service from Balloon Decor Jaipur (balloondecorjaipur.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with a booking.
2. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation from our team via call or WhatsApp. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.
3. Pricing & Quotes
All pricing quotes provided by our team are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of setup and material costs unless specified otherwise. Prices may vary based on venue size, location, and customization requirements. Final pricing is confirmed before booking.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the event may be eligible for a refund as per our Refund Policy. Cancellations within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable. Same-day cancellations will incur the full booking charge.
5. Service Scope
Our decoration services are available within Jaipur and select nearby areas. We bring all materials required for the decoration. The customer is responsible for providing adequate space and electricity access where required.
6. Liability
Balloon Decor Jaipur is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the value of the booked service. We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control such as traffic, weather, or venue access restrictions.
7. Images & Portfolio
We may photograph our completed setups for portfolio and marketing purposes. If you do not wish for your event to be photographed, please inform us at the time of booking.
