1. Cancellation Window

We understand that plans can change. You may cancel your booking within the timeframes below:

• More than 48 hours before the event: Full refund of any advance paid.
• 24–48 hours before the event: 50% refund of any advance paid.
• Less than 24 hours before the event: No refund applicable.
• Same-day cancellation: Full booking amount is charged.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel your booking, contact us via WhatsApp or call at +91 86909 24378. Please have your booking reference or confirmation details ready.

3. Refund Processing

Eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. We do not charge any processing fee for refunds.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

• Cancellation within 24 hours of the scheduled event.
• Work has already commenced at the venue.
• Custom or bespoke items have already been procured.
• Cancellation due to customer failure to provide venue access.

5. Service Quality Complaints

If you are unsatisfied with our service, please reach out to us within 24 hours of event completion. We will review all complaints and work towards a fair resolution, which may include partial refund or a complimentary service.
